| Camper Information |

The Camper Information Forms provided below need to be submitted for each camper
applicant wishing to attend. Please print out each one, review it thoroughly,
complete it and return it with your application.
Please keep the following key dates in mind.

May 1st - Applications must be postmarked
-
May 2nd - Acceptance letters begin to go out
-
July 20th - Camp Begins (Registration 12:30 - 2:30 pm)

To apply for camp the only document required is the
application. Space is limited so please apply early. If there are
multiple individuals applying for camp from the same family, each camper must
submit an application. A $10 discount applies to each application postmarked
before May 1st.
Please note that applications must be postmarked NO LATER than May 1st to
receive the $10.00 discount. Applications postmarked after May 1st
will only be considered for positions that remain open after all other
applications have been reviewed and considered.

It is our goal that any camper that desires to attend camp is able to
come. Funds are limited and will be distributed on a needs basis.
If you need financial assistance in order to attend please fill out the
Financial Aid form and submit it with your application.
For additional information regarding the financial aid process or if you would
like to sponsor a child for camp please contact Mike
Fooshe.

Once you have received your acceptance letter these documents will need to be
filled out immediately. This will save you a great deal of time standing in
lines at registration.
